What is Alliance to HEAL? Alliance to HEAL is a coordinated community response to the opioid crisis. Over 100 members of our community are working together to fill gaps in our local continuum of care for people with substance abuse disorders.
This three year, $400,000 project is funded by La Crosse Community Foundation, La Crosse County Health Department, Mayo Clinic Health System - Franciscan Healthcare, and Gundersen Health System. Mission Together as an alliance, we will halt the devastating effects caused by opiate addiction; we will work locally with conviction, with unity, and with a commitment to support our neighbors in times of dire need. Working together, we will defeat the opioid epidemic by creating an alliance of community, medical, government, business, nonprofit, and philanthropic agencies dedicated to reducing the effects of opioids in our community.
